Comments

  1. What a great show (first time listener). A superb way to get me started in the morning. Very interesting comments regarding the ‘panic’ situation and the dreaded R word. My agency is based in Cambridge, England and we felt a bump in business earlier in the year, when simultaneous annual retainer contracts were up for renewal and clients were running scared. Interestingly, the clients we have been taking on over last couple of months seem better placed to withstand changes in economy and have a stronger belief in what we as an agency can bring to their businesses. Your comments on keeping staff motivated and transparency were interesting also, and I most certainly will not be cancelling the office party! Thanks and look forward to listening next time.
